Breakfast at the restaurant was a delight, but the room service experience left much to be desired. Valet parking was chaotic, and I faced numerous issues with the room: wrong type, unclean, and lacking basics like a remote. The staff, especially Haylee, were incredible in handling my concerns swiftly. Elevators had cleanliness issues, and the spa and pool hours were too limited. Even with the hiccups, the views and friendly service made it a memorable visit.

The room was upscale and attractive, with delightful decor and a safe, WiFi, and a storage space for our comfort. The hotel's setting was central and the staff were very good and understanding people in such a manner. The breakfast was good, the check in was quick.

The room had a beautiful city view, but the AC didn’t cool down adequately. The bed wasn't as comfortable as expected, and the pillows were worn and lacked fluffiness. There were no extra pillows despite my request, leading to a frustrating wait. The cleanliness left something to be desired; the shower needed to be cleaned upon arrival, and the sofa was peeling. Noise disturbances included a fire alarm at night, disrupting our sleep. While the staff was helpful, the slow service and overlooked room cleaning detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Liked beautiful location and rooms of the hotel. The room was outstanding with king bed and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe.

I absolutely loved how close this hotel was to so many amazing spots, with places like the Coca-Cola Museum, Centenial Olympic Park, and the Fox Theatre all just a leisurely stroll away, making it incredibly convenient to soak in Atlanta's vibrant atmosphere; I could even grab a coffee from the Starbucks in the lobby before heading out to explore! The views from my room on the 42nd floor were breathtaking, and the room itself felt comfortable and welcoming, but one downside that I noticed was the unexpected parking fees that could add up quickly.

impressive but needs better service

The hotel is huge and has a stunning concourse. Rooms are spacious and super quiet, which is awesome for a good night’s sleep. The staff was mostly nice, especially when we needed help with luggage and getting a cab. The bar service was slow, and we had to wait ages for our drinks. no free WiFi here.
